Bio: Enough with cookie-cutter internet exercise routines and the latest
contradictory weight-loss advice
from magazine covers! Do the people that write that stuff know your age,
your work schedule, your
metabolism or the fact that your right knee aches when you run? Do they
consider that you might be
lactose intolerant, vegan, or that you already don't eat carbs? No, they
couldn't know that.
What I will do is take into consideration your specific goals, time
limitations, your aches and pains,
your background and your eating habits. From there we can formulate a
realistic, achievable plan
to achieve your goal, whether it's fat loss, muscle gain, improved
mobility, pain relief, greater strength
or all of the above.
