Core Conditioning Class • Core conditioning increases the strength and stability of joint musculature, improves posture, and aids in preventing injury. The key components of an integrated core strengthening program include the rotator cuff muscles, hip muscles, abdominal muscles and lower back musculature.

Gym Class • An NSCA certified trainer leads the class utilizing total body
exercises, some gym equipment and a lot of mental toughness. You will
get stronger, healthier and look better. Conquer the world in 25
minutes!
