Bio: Along with my education, I have extensive and varied practical
experience in the field of fitness and exercise. I developed a class for
the YMCA that introduced pre-teens and teens to strength training.
Shortly thereafter I became the assistant strength and conditioning
coach at Milton Academy where I taught the importance of power,
strength, speed, endurance and agility with sport specific training.
As an assistant strength and conditioning coach at Harvard University I
was fortunate to observe the perfect balance of mind and body. Harvard's
student athletes were capable of withstanding the rigors of their
academic work load while proving equally worthy of praise on the court,
field and ice.
I have taken with me the belief that with proper mental focus and drive,
anything can be accomplished.
